  Pharmacy team are not particularly great at listening - there is a bit of a language barrier for Anglophones - and advice is very basic and not particularly helpful. Not much in the way of pro-active advice or yearly updates or tracking of personal files.

  A medium-sized drug store in the village of Wakefield. They have a good variety of non-drugstore items, and a very helpful and friendly staff. The folks behind the counter are also great! I went in with a stupid cold and the pharmacist recommended a couple of things, but also took the time to warn me of the side-effects, etc. Highly recommended!

  If driving is not your thing and you're close to Brunet in Wakefield then stick with them, but don't expect to be 'wowed' ..

  As a result of this I've moved all of my business back to Shoppers in Ottawa. Though it takes me twenty minutes to drive there (versus 5 minutes to drive to Brunet) it actually save me time and frustration. Last visit there was pleasant and efficient and interaction with pharmacy team was great and very helpful. They updated my file, answered all of my questions and filled my prescriptions with grace and efficiency.

  Elements of disorganization - they often seem over-staffed and yet speed of service is sub-par compared to Shoppers in Ottawa (with roughly 1/3 the staff behind the counter versus Brunet).

  Worst pharmacy. Even if there is nobody waiting for a prescription you will always end up waiting for 30 to 45 min. I live near this place and I rather go in town then go there. Always lots of people working but no service at all. It's long enough waiting for a doctor at the emergency room and more discouraging knowing you will have to wait again for a long period at the pharmacy. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

  For a small pharmacy Brunet's selection and pricing seems okay but I rarely see a sale price.

  Prescription refills are challenging and much angst exists over whether the doctor's script covers up to but not more than a year, which for some prescriptions is (frankly) crazy.
